The form 990 is reviewed by the cfo and a copy is provided to the board for review prior to filing.

Form 990, Part VI, Line 12C Conflict of interest policy

The conflict of interest policy applies to all board members and employees. All board members and employees are required to complete an annual conflict of interest disclosure to identiy any potential or real conflicts. Management reviews any potential conflicts to evaluate whether any remediating action is required. As an additional step, all new vendors are reviewed by the compliance analyst prior to use and the executive team members review all contracts prior to signature. Evaluation of potential conflicts of interest are a part of this review process by the compliance analyst and the executive team members.

The compensation of the executive director and other officers are reviewed and approved by the organization's board of directors, ensuring persons with a conflict of interest regarding the compensation arrangement at issue are not involved.
