Conflict of interest -------------------- the conflict of interest policy applies to all board members and employees. All board members and employees are required to complete an annual conflict of interest to identify in potential or real conflicts. Management reviews any potential conflicts to evaluate whether any remediating action is required. As an additional step, all new vendors are reviewed by the compliance analyst prior to use and the executive team members review all contracts prior to signature. Evaluation of potential conflicts of interest are a part of this review process by the compliance analyst and the executive team members.
