B. The membership of the organization shall consist of no fewer than 17 persons who agree to participate regularly in the affairs of the organization and pay their annual membership fee within 30 days of the date of acceptance or within 30 days of their annual anniversary date. Term of membership. The term of membership for general members shall be one year from the date of submittal of membership dues. The term of membership for chapter board of trustee and county board of director members shall begin the first day of june and end the last day of may.”
