The montgomery county partnership for children (mcpc) executive committee reviewed the salary schedule and implementation guidelines provided by ncpc, compared the executive director's current compensation to the new salary schedule, and utilized the organization's 'staff salary computation worksheet' to determine the appropriate salary within the new salary tier/range, taking the executive director's education and experience into consideration as allowed. The recommendation to adjust the executive director's salary was voted on and unanimously approved, as recorded in the mcpc executive committee minutes dated january 8, 2013.”
