Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15

In accordance with a special provision in the 2012 budget act, the north carolina partnership for children, inc. (ncpc) developed a salary schedule for state funding of smart state executive director (or similarly titled chief excecutive) salaries. The montgomery county partnership for children (mcpc) executive committee reviewed the salary schedule and implementation guidelines provided by ncpc, compared the executive director's current compensation to the new salary schedule, and utilized the organization's 'staff salary computation worksheet' to determine the appropriate salary within the new salary tier/range, taking the executive director's education and experience into consideration as allowed. The recommendation to adjust the executive director's salary was voted on and unanimously approved, as recorded in the mcpc executive committee minutes dated january 8, 2013.

Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19

The organization maintains a public disclosure file and makes it available to anyone who requests to review. Copies may be provided after a nominal fee has been received to offset copy costs.
