Financial Statement Notes

Part X : FIN48 Footnote

“The Financial Accounting Standards Board has released FASB ASC topic 740, Income Taxes, which provides guidance for how uncertain tax positions should be recognized, measured, presented and disclosed in financial statements. Adoption of FASB ASC 740, Income Taxes, is required for fiscal years beginning after December 15, 2008. The Association evaluates its uncertain tax positions using the provisions of FASB ASC topic 450, Contingencies. Management believes there are no material estimates that should be accrued as of June 30, 2012 and 2011. The Association is no longer subject to examination by taxing authorities for tax periods prior to 2009.”
