Mission

The project consists of two homes (6 units) located in moncks corner, south carolina, that provides housing to six disabled persons ages 18 and above. The project construction was financed with capital advances provided under section 811 of the national affordable housing act and regulated by the u.s. Department of housing and urban development (hud) with respect to rental charges and operating methods. Legal title ot the project is held by bci homes, inc. A nonprofit corporation. The project is the only activity conducted by bci homes, inc.
