It is, however, required to file form 990 - return of organization exempt from income taxes. This is an informational return only. The project believes it has appropriate support for any tax provisions taken, and as such, does not have any uncertain tax positions that are material to the financial statements. The project's federal form 990 for the years ending june 30, 2013, 2014, and 2015 is subject to examination by the respective taxing authorities, generally for three years after it is filed.
