THERE IS A MORTGAGE HELD BY MERCHANTS AND FARMERS BANK IN THE ORIGINAL AMOUNT OF $3,150,000. THE NOTE BEARS A 4% INTEREST RATE. THE NOTE MATURES ON APRIL 12, 2023. THE NOTE IS SECURED BY THE PROPERTY. THE PURPOSE OF THIS LOAN IS TO FINANCE THE PURCHASE OF THE BUILDING. THE BEGINNING OF YEAR BALANCE DUE WAS $1,704,643. THE END OF YEAR BALANCE DUE IS $1,575,708. DURING THE YEAR, THERE WAS A CONSTRUCTION LOAN AGREEMENT EXECUTED WITH FIRST DBA CAROLINA BANK IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,420,000. THE NOTE BEARS A 4% INTEREST RATE. THE NOTE MATURES ON MAY 12, 2022. THE NOTE IS SECURED BY A DEED OF TRUST. THE PURPOSE OF THIS LOAN IS TO FINANCE CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROPERTY. THE END OF YEAR BALANCE DUE IS $1,339,982. DURING THE YEAR, THERE WAS A LOAN AGREEMENT EXECUTED WITH THE CITY OF WINSTON-SALEM IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,600,000. OF THIS AMOUNT, $900,000 shall be disbursed at closing for the acquisition of the property and carries an interest rate of 0%. Repayment of the loan in full is due upon the sale or transfer of the property. The remaining $700,000, for the demolition and rehabilitation of the dwelling units, shall be deferred for the first 20 year period. During this period, a Payment in Lieu of Taxes will be dUE not to exceed $10,000. Half of the payment will go towards reducing the loan balance. Following the deferral period, the loan shall become an amortizing loan with no interest for an additional 20 years. The loan is secured by a Deed of Trust and matures 40 years from the commencement date. THE END OF YEAR BALANCE DUE IS $1,139,151.

THE END OF YEAR BALANCE DUE IS $1,575,708. DURING THE YEAR, THERE WAS A CONSTRUCTION LOAN AGREEMENT EXECUTED WITH FIRST DBA CAROLINA BANK IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,420,000. THE NOTE BEARS A 4% INTEREST RATE. THE NOTE MATURES ON MAY 12, 2022. THE NOTE IS SECURED BY A DEED OF TRUST. THE PURPOSE OF THIS LOAN IS TO FINANCE CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROPERTY. THE END OF YEAR BALANCE DUE IS $1,339,982. DURING THE YEAR, THERE WAS A LOAN AGREEMENT EXECUTED WITH THE CITY OF WINSTON-SALEM IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,600,000. OF THIS AMOUNT, $900,000 shall be disbursed at closing for the acquisition of the property and carries an interest rate of 0%. Repayment of the loan in full is due upon the sale or transfer of the property. The remaining $700,000, for the demolition and rehabilitation of the dwelling units, shall be deferred for the first 20 year period. During this period, a Payment in Lieu of Taxes will be dUE not to exceed $10,000. Half of the payment will go towards reducing the loan balance. Following the deferral period, the loan shall become an amortizing loan with no interest for an additional 20 years. The loan is secured by a Deed of Trust and matures 40 years from the commencement date. THE END OF YEAR BALANCE DUE IS $1,139,151.
