Additional Explanations

FORM 990, PART XI, LINE 9:

Bad debt -44,304. Net section 481(a) adjustment - form 3115 1,556,234.

Form 990 - Line 21

Bancroft global development changed accounting method from cash to accrual.

Financial Statement Notes

PART X, LINE 2:

Uncertain tax positions under fin 48 (asc 740-10) the organization evaluates uncertainty in income tax positions based on a more-likely-than not recognition standard. If that threshold is met, the tax position is then measured at the largest amount that is greater than 50% likely of being realized upon ultimate settlement. As of december 31, 2015 there is no accrual for uncertain tax positions. If applicable, the organization records interest and penalties as a component of income tax expense. The organization is undergoing an irs audit including review of their tax exempt status for the years ended december 31, 2008 to 2010, which was initiated in december, 2011. The irs has issued a revenue agent's report, and the organization subsequently filed a protest and has been informed by the irs that based on the organization's protest, the irs will either revise the report or issue a rebuttal (unaudited). The outcome of this matter remains uncertain as of july 12, 2016. Tax years from 2008 through the current year remain open for examination by tax authorities
