There are no separate minutes for board committees. Committee report items are included in the minutes kept for the board of directors.

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 11

The 990 is reviewed by A-SPAN's Finance Committee and is presented to the Board for final approval prior to submission.

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 15

The compensation for the Executive Director is established based on a salary comparison with similar organizations, and approval by the Board.

Form 990, Part VI, Section C, line 19

A-SPAN's governing documents, conflict of interest policy, and financial statements are available to the public upon request.
