Form 990, Part VI, Line 3: Description of Delegated Duties to Management Company

NCDA hired creative management alliance to provide management services for the association. Deneen Pennington is owner of the company and sits as executive director of the board.

The Credentialing Commission is formed to serve the general public and the career services community by using NCDA standards and ethics for defining roles in the field of career services and recognize those who demonstrate and maintain a high level of professional competency.

NCDA is a membership based organization/association. All members are considered stakeholders.

The executive director also knows of the potential conflict and addresses the need to revoke or recuse oneself from any discussion or vote. The person with the conflict simplyleaves the board room while the subject is addressed.
