“168 FILM PROJECT PROGRAM ACCOMPLISHMENTS 2024 168 Film is a Faith-based artist incubator, which include worldwide filmmaking and writing competitions. We assist emerging artists by challenging and equipping them vocationally and spiritually. The 21st annual film festival was held at New City Church in Fairburn, GA. Angel Studios provided the pre-release film, BONHOEFFERPASTOR. SPY. ASSASSIN. The 2024 theme was Money. One of the highlights was the screening of the aforementioned film and a visit from the writer, director, and producer, Todd Komarnicki, who presented the best film award. The best film award was claimed by Counted, produced and directed by Deborah Franco. 2024 also saw excellent films from talented artists in Africa. Both the Ethiopian team and the Ugandan team made significant advances in the quality of their work.”

“MANAGEMENT JOHN DAVID WARE is a writer-director and producer. He served as Director and Script Doctor of the feature film Unbridled, starring Eric Roberts The Dark Knight. BRIAN BIRD is a writer, producer and a distinguished member of the 168 Film Board. He is Co-creator/Executive Producer of Hallmarks 1 Cable Series, When Calls the Heart. STEVE PUFFERBERGER, originally a Multi-Image producer for The Ohio State University, has produced and exhibited hundreds of titles, primarily for the business/education sector over a 40 year career. YVETTE SAMS, started as an advertising executive and publicist. She credits 168 Film as the catalyst to her writing, producing, and directing career.”
