To catalyze ocmminty based agrarian education and research programs related to agriculture, land-use, enterprise development, transportation, energy, building, and urban food systems. To facilitate regional partnerships in northeast ohio inlucidng but not limited to oberlin college, lorain county community college, the city of oberlin, surrounding townships, neighboring cities, and local public schools to promote agrarian design education, act as an incubator for organizations and enterprises devoted to agrarian principles, serve as a regional and national center devoted to innoventions in farm and food systems, and to do any and all things necessary and incidental thereto.
