Periodic reminders are given. Eei has a written director's conflict of interest policy, applicable to all members of its board of directors, which was formally adopted by eei's board. Eei also has a corporate compliance officer, a vendor code of conduct policy, and a policy and procedure for reporting violations of the code of conduct as well as concerns about the use of eei's corporate resources and financial reporting.
