FORM 990, PART XII, LINE 2C:

The process has not changed from prior year.

Financial Statement Notes

PART X, LINE 2:

The foundation has adopted the provisions of financial accounting standards board ("fasb")accounting standards codification ("asc") 740, income taxes. Under this provision, an organization must recognize the tax benefit associated with tax taken for tax return purposes when it is more likely than not the position will be sustained. The implementation had no impact on the foundations financial statements. The foundation does not believe there are any material uncertain tax positions and, accordingly, no liability for unrecognized tax benefits will be recorded. The foundation is subject to routine audits by taxing jurisdictions; however there are currently no audits for any tax years in progress. The foundation is no longer subject to income tax examination for the years prior to 2010. At december 31, 2013, the foundation has no uncertain tax positions that qualify for either recognition or disclosure in the financial statements.
