Mission

Gateway establishes a presence in each of the communities in which it operates principally by maximizing the amount of local third-party vendors and employees as well as interacting with local officials and involvement in community affairs. Gateway is a long term owner, operator of affordable housing which has enhanced its reputation in the financial community as well as with the local authorities who are looking to preserve the affordable housing pool in their communities.

To provide affordable housing for low to moderate income persons.
