During a review of the organization's policies, it was determined that although a conflict of interest policy is set forth in the company's handbook, management was unable to confirm that a copy of that policy had been shared with Board of directors. Therefore, the organization revised the conflict of interest policy to clearly include Board directors, and directors, officers, and key employees acknowledged the revised policy.”
