“The Governing Board was informed by AFL that a copy of the form 990 is available upon request. The Board had previously asked the Chairman and the President of AFL to proceed with completing the form 990. After the form is filed it will be emailed to all Board Members.”

“When new employees or board members join the organization they are given the form and asked to disclose any conflict of interest. That completed, signed form is kept on file and at the end of year/start of new year, each person is asked to review the year for any changes. If there are changes, a new form is completed; otherwise the signed version stays in the file.”

“All employees have an annual review at the end of the year including the President. The Anglicans for Life Employee Appraisal & Job Performance Review form for the President was completed early Dec. 2019, circulated to Board Members for comment and in late Dec., the Chairman of the Board sat down with the President to discuss the prior year's performance and goals for upcoming year. The President was given feedback and advised of a merit based increase. She signed off on the review along with the Chair.”
