“The Governing Board was informed by AFL that a copy of the form 990 is available upon request. The Board had previously asked the Treasurer and the President of AFL to proceed with completing the form 990. After the form is filed it will be emailed to all Board Members.”

“When new employees or board members join the organization they are given the form and asked to disclose any conflict of interest. That completed, signed form is kept on file and at the end of year/start of new year, each person is asked to review the year for any changes. If there are changes, a new form is completed; otherwise the signed version stays in the file.”

“All employees have an annual review at the end of the year including the President. The Anglicans for Life Employee Appraisal & Job Performance Review form for the president was completed early Dec. 2016, circulated to Board Members for comment and in late Dec., the Chairman of the Board sat down with the President to discuss the prior year's performance and goals for upcoming year. The President was given feedback and advised of a merit based increase. She signed off on the review along with the Chair.”

“Column F In July 2016 the AFL Board approved the following resolution: Anglicans for Life Board of Directors Resolution Proposed by The Rev. Ron McKeon, Treasurer 5/15/2016 Enrollment of Deacon Georgette Forney in the Anglican Church in North America Pension Plan Whereas the Board of Directors desires to provide for Deacon Georgette Forney's retirement and; Whereas Anglicans for Life meets all the requirements to be a participating employer in the Anglican Church in North America's Pension Plan and; Whereas Deacon Georgette Forney has been an employee of Anglicans for Life for over 18 years; Resolved: the Board of Directors will sign on as a participating employer in the Anglican Church in North America's Pension Plan and enroll Deacon Georgette Forney as an eligible employee to make contributions on a pre-tax elective basis, by reducing a portion of her salary. The Plan is a defined contribution church plan, is not subject to the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), and is not insured by the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (the PBGC). Further resolved: being in compliance with all established IRS rules for church plans the Anglicans for Life Board of Directors approve a payment to Deacon Georgette Forney's Pension Plan account equal to $1,000.00 for each year of service to date, divided into two installments over a period of two years. These payments would be equal to $9,000.00 at the start of the Pension Plan and $9,000.00 to be paid 12 months later. Additional employer contributions may be made in accordance with established limits in a method determined by and at the sole discretion of the Anglicans for Life Board of Directors.”
