These courses are delivered in-person twice a year - once in conjunction with the annual meeting and once in the winter/early spring. These courses are generally two or three days, many of which require either industry and 504 experience, or prerequisites of certain NADCO courses. The courses focus on all aspects of 504 loan packaging, closing, servicing, and liquidation. NADCO also offers more limited on-line courses. |
