Her compensation was adjusted accordingly. In 2015, upon the expiration of the president's contract, the committee approved an extension for another three years, including an annual cost of living increase based on the increase in the consumer price index for each year. These deliberations were all reflected in memoranda from the committee. The compensation committee met again at the beginning of 2018 and voted to extend the president's contract for an additional three year term with a 10% fee increase. The new agreement is scheduled to expire september 30, 2021 but it may be terminated sooner under certain circumstances. Nod conducts regular compensation studies for all staff positions to determine reasonable comparability with other organizations. The last study was conducted at year-end 2018.”
