The compensation committee met again at the beginning of 2018 and voted to extend the president's contract for an additional three year term with a 10% fee increase. The new agreement is scheduled to expire september 30, 2021 but it may be terminated sooner under certain circumstances. In 2017 a compensation study was conducted for all employees using payscale, an independent database of compensation and benefits information, to determine reasonable comparability with other organizations.”
