Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 1

Between meetings of the board of directors, ongoing oversight of the affairs of the organization may be conducted by the executive committee, the membership of which shall include the officers of the board, as well as other directors appointed by the board.

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11B

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12C

The members of the board of directors are required to complete and sign an annual statement defining conflicts and indicating if any such conflicts exist. All employees must sign an annual statement defining conflicts and indicating if any such conflicts exist. The president reviews the employee annual forms to identify if there are any conflicts of interest. The president also reviews the annual statements prepared by members of the board. The organization continues to use the report in making compensation decisions.

Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19
