Once the compensation has been determined, it is approved by the board of trustees, who are all independent, and the contract with the ceo is then updated. THE CAMPUS CONSISTS OF 36 HOME PLUS UNITS, 60 ASSISTED LIVING UNITS AND 158 INDEPENDENT LIVING UNITS. ALDERSGATE VILLAGE IS A FAITH-BASED, SENIOR LIVING NEIGHBORHOOD OPEN TO PEOPLE OF ALL DENOMINATIONS AND FAITH BACKGROUNDS. OUR PURPOSE IS NOT DRIVEN BY A PROFIT MOTIVE BUT TO ENSURE THAT SENIORS OF THIS REGION RECEIVE COMPASSIONATE, PERSON-CENTERED HEALTH CARE IN A WARM AND WELCOMING COMMUNITY.
