Mission

The nj realtors issues mobilization fund, inc. ("njimf") is a voluntary non-profit association organized to develop and advocate for legislation, regulation and government programs in new jersey and to educate licensed realtors and the general public about issues relating to home ownership, home values, market indicators, housing supply and the effects on economic growth. Financial resources are directed at supporting realtor positions on ballot measures, state and local legislation, local ordinances and resolutions and governmental policy statements and regulations. Njimf serves as the financial vehicle to support realtor grassroots lobbying, the informational efforts in mounting public advocacy campaigns and the dissemination of information on private property rights to the general public. Njimf organizes coalitions of realtors using the local realtor membership associations, community leaders and general public as a means to inform homeowners, renters and local businesses about deci
