“Falling forward foundation makes grants to premiere medical rehabilitation centers. The falling forward foundation grants are used to fund continued rehabilitation for select patients after their insurance benefits have run out. The mission of falling forward foundation is: we change lives by helping people restore ability and reduce disability. We make it possible for people to recover from catastrophic medical events. Grants were made to rehabilitation centers in colorado, illinois, kansas and missouri. Since falling forward foundation was founded in 2013, over 170 people have had the opportunity to continue their rehabilitation and recover to their full potential. The organization is most proud of the outcomes achieved by falling forward patients. With additional rehabilitation, disabilities are being reversed and people are resuming happy, productive lives. People who suffered spinal cord injuries are able to walk again. People who suffered traumatic brain injuries are now able to drive and able to return to work. People who suffered strokes are again able to live independently. Falling forward patients are proving what is possible with adequate rehabilitation.”

“During the past fiscal year, grants from falling forward foundation supported the recovery of 18 people. With continued rehabilitation, each person restored functional abilities ans was able to resume a happy life. Our grants made it possible for people to live independently, return to work/school and many other things that were considered "normal" before their injuries.”
