OCC WILL PROVIDE THOUGHTFUL BUSINESS PLANNING EXPERTISE AND A REGIONAL VOICE TO PROJECTS AT HAND, WORKING TO ALIGN THEM WITH OTHER EXISTING OR ONGOING REGIONAL PLANS, PROJECTS AND ORGANIZATIONS.
