PART IV, LINE 2B:

Prospective residents of fountaingate gardens were required to leave a $1,000 security deposit to secure their place in line when time comes to pick out the building and unit of their choice. Security deposits are 100% refundable should prospective residents change their mind and no longer wish to live in the community.
