They complete the form acknowledging their agreement to comply with the conflict of interest policy. The policy is reviewed annually. In addition to the conflict of interest policy, a thorough questionnaire was sent out to all board members, officers, and key employees subsequent to fiscal year 2024 which confirmed that there were no conflicts.”
