Mission

The corporation was organized solely and specifically to develop, own, and operate a low-income housing project on a nonprofit basis pursuant to section 45a of the private housing finance law.

The purpose of the organization is to provide housing accommodations for persons and families of low-income.

PART X, LINE 2:

Income taxes - no provision or benefit for income taxes has been included in these financial statements since the entity is exempt from federal income taxes, except tax on unrelated business income, under section 501(a) of the internal revenue code as an organization described in section 501 (c)(3). The organization is also exempt from state income taxes under the provisions of the new york nonprofit corporation law. The organization had no unrelated business income for the year ended december 31, 2017.
