Form 990-ez, Part III, Line 28

Outreach and intervention - free our girls sends outreach care packages on a first-come, first-serve basis each month to women who have connected with the organization through its social media site. The package is assembled with self-care items and a brochure for free our girls' services. Free our girls has found that the women who they have had the opportunity to build relationships with through this program are more likely to reach out for help when they are able to than women who did not receive packages. In 2018, 600 packages were sent to 54 unique women across north america. In addition, to the care package as a point of initial intervention, free our girls seeks to connect women "in the game" with a sister site, getting out of the game, which shares information around cultic theory as well as tangible steps for safety and exit. The website contains pieces of surviors' stories to personalize the information and give examples of real life experiences that illustrate the thought reform and mind control used by pimp-traffickers. Finally, free our girls has two trained co- facilitators of the psycho-educational intervention program, ending the game. Ending the game is a coercion resiliency program that can be delivered one-on-one, or in a support group 1 or 2 hour sessions over the course of 10 weeks.

Form 990-ez, Part III, Line 29

Employment and entrepreneurship - based in greely, co, this program provides transitional employment for suvivors of commerical sexual exploitation and domestic sex trafficking, while teaching entrepreneurship, leadership, and management by involving program participants in all areas of program operations. Designed with flexibility and carried out in a trauma-informed environment, the program can meet each participant where they are, and works to address and process triggers common for survivors of commerical sexual exploitation when the re-enter the workforce at-large. Participants are employed part-time, working two days per week on-site facilitating day-to-day, traditional workplace activities. An additional third day of employment is structured around personal growth and professional development. After completing the core coursework and goals, each participant selects from leadership and management, or entrepreneurship to focus their final coursework around their long-term career goals. The program is designed to be completed in 12 to 18 months with the end goal being breaking the cycle of generational poverty common amongst survivors of exploitation and trafficking.

Form 990-ez, Part III, Line 30

Financial literacy - free our girls has the only financial literacy curriculum in the us specifically designed for survivors of sexual exploitation and trafficking. The 12-week workbook can be completed independently, used for a peer support group, or included in residential programming. Not only does the curriculum assist survivors in assessing the past financial damages resulting from their exploitation and develops goals for stabilizing in the present, and staying future-focused on long- term goals, but the program actively works to de-program negative attitudes and behaviors around finances while processing the root trauma and triggers that is commonly associated with money in exploitive situations.
