STATERA HAS CONDUCTED AN ACTIVE MENTORSHIP PROGRAM FOR WOMEN IN THEATER, WHICH IS NOW NATIONWIDE. CHAPTERS OF THE ORGANIZATION HAVE BEEN ESTABLISHED TO PROVIDE REGIONAL ACCESS TO SERVICES, RESOURCES AND MENTORSHIPS. TO DATE THE MENTORSHIP PROGRAM HAS MATCHED OVER 800 WOMEN IN 19 CHAPTER CITIES. A FREE RESOURCE DIRECTORY FOR WOMEN ARTISTS HAS ALSO BEEN LAUNCHED. STATERA HAS ALSO GIVEN 2 AWARDS FOR THE MARTHA RICHARDS VISIONARY WOMEN IN LEADERSHIP. Form 990-ez, Part III, Line 28

Statera has conducted an active mentorship program for women in theater, which is now nationwide. Chapters of the organization have been established to provide regional access to services, resources and mentorships. To date the mentorship program has matched over 800 women in 19 chapter cities. A free resource directory for women artists has also been launched. Statera has also given 2 awards for the martha richards visionary women in leadership. This last year they were able to have various online communities to help community building.
