Bridge and affiliates believe that they have appropriate support for any tax positions taken, and as such, do not have any uncertain tax positions that are material to the consolidated financial statements. Bridge and affiliates' federal and state income tax returns for the years 2011 through 2014 are subject to examination by regulatory agencies, generally for three years and four years after they were filed for federal and state, respectively. While no income tax returns are currently being examined by the internal revenue service, tax years after 2010 remain open.
