These law and policy changes include measures to (1) permit the operation of small uavs beyond visual line-of-sight; (2) support the development of infrastructure to safely manage the widespread use of low-altitude airspace; (3) enable broader uas access to commercial mobile services and unlicensed spectrum vital to the safe and widespread integration of uas; (4) embrace the carriage and delivery potential of uav technology in a wide array of capacities, ranging from executive director is an employee of a vendor utilized by small uav. His compensation at such vendor is not directly tied to his responsibilities for the organization.”
