Hb19 artist marianne nicolson (musgamakw dzawadaenuxw | canada) gave a free artist talk about how she uses art as a platform for activism. In addition to these public programs, hbf prepared for the 2019 honolulu biennial (march 8 - may 5, 2019), which will feature 47 artists and artist collectives from hawaii, the pacific, asia and the americas across 10 exhibition sites in honolulu.”
