“Last mile4d is an innovative non-profit that implements community based programming for the most vulnerable populations on the planet. Last mile4d focuses on health, education, and economic empowerment through a mix of technology, renewable energy, and information communication technology. Our mission is to mobilize resources to ensure that remote communities at the last mile/off grid and any kind of infrastructure get the health, education, and economic empowerment services they deserve.”

“This grant provided for design, development and delivery of a conference that was focused on "patient centered care and their right to know." it brought international 7-10 speakers together online and through e- communications, to devise the curriculum for in-person delivery. The conference was delivered outside of the united states for few countries in central asia. The planning, delivery of lectures, international and regional transportation, lodging and meals for four days is essential component of the delivery. There were between 20-24 persons attending the conference from four different countries.”

“This grant is providing for the design, development and delivery of a conference that is focused on "domestic violence as a regional public health problem." it is designed to bring 7-10 international speakers together online and through e-communication, to devise the curriculum for in-person conference delivery. The conference will be held outside the united states and in the central asia region, where it will be closer to the 20-27 participants place of residence. The planning, delivery of lectures, international and regional transportation, lodging and meals for four days is essential component of the delivery on this grant. There will be 28-36 people attending this conference, from various countries of central asia.”

“This grant provided for the design of an online platform, tech equipment, and training of community health workers in an eastern african country. The population that will benefit from these activities are 300 hiv positive women and their newborns, living in squalid conditions. The program will manage the health needs of these women and their newborns as well as providing them, food packages, teaching them produce an urban garden that they can use to benefit the health and nutrition of their families. They also will get skills training, such as sowing and basket weaving and other skills.”
