Governance Explanations

The trust has an administrative services agreement with icul services corporation to provide the trust and its members client support services, marketing support, and administrative support.

Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6

All indiana credit unions that enter into a participation agreement with the trust will be considered a participating employer and will be eligible to offer their employees welfare benefit coverage offered by the trust beginning in 2014. 2013 was the first year of trust, so the intial board of trustees was appointed by the indiana credit union league (the settlor). The trust agreement calls for a policy to be adopted in 2015 where the participating employers will elect all future trustees after the intial trustees serve their 1-3 year terms.
