Staff and board members are asked to review the policy and the list of contributors and vendors. They are then asked to email the chief operating officer indicating that they have read and reviewed the policy and indicate whether or not they have any conflicts that need to be disclosed. Additionally, throughtout the year as new contracts are signed, staff involved in the vendor selection process are asked whether or not a conflict of interest exists.
