IRS990/Desc0PROGRAM - TARMAC TXIn 2016, INCO US launched Tarmac TX, an accelerator for social entrepreneurs and nonprofit organizations in Austin. The program was renewed in 2017 and 2018 thanks to a 3M grant of $95,000. Based in Austin, Texas, the 9-month program offered selected startups and nonprofit organizations free support services, including a co-working space, events & workshops, mentorship and networking opportunities in both the Tech and the Social ecosystems. Why TARMAC TXOver the past few years, Austin has become an increasingly robust tech hub, seeing the emergence of powerful tech startups and attracting more and more tech giants. In the meantime, according to Mission Capital, it has also become home to almost 6,000 nonprofits - the highest number of nonprofits per capita in the Southwest US, demonstrating the city's will to improve the local community. Our ambition is to bridge the gap between technology and social innovation. We are convinced that technology can more effectively address our community's biggest unmet social and environmental challenges. But we also know first-hand that such challenges cannot be solved by a sole person. Social entrepreneurs need the right support to fulfill their mission. What we doTarmac TX equips social entrepreneurs with the necessary skill set and connections and helps them access funding to reach their intended impact. Going through Tarmac TX, social entrepreneurs refine their product, test their solution in the marketplace, cultivate relationships with the right partners, mentors, and investors to grow their venture and thus maximize their social and/or environmental impact. Tarmac TX is a free 9-month acceleration program based in Austin, TX that fosters technology solutions addressing social and environmental issues. A partnership between San Francisco-based nonprofit organization INCO US and 3M, Tarmac TX enables talented entrepreneurs to grow and amplify their impact through:- Classes & Workshops : Tailored classes & workshops to acquire the skills need by entrepreneurs- Mentorship : One-on-one mentorship to get guidance and feedback- Networking & Events : Access to a local network & events to gain visibility- Office Space : Free co-working space for the founding team - International Network : Access to our global network of 16 partner accelerators in 14 countriesSince its creation, the program supported a total of 25 startups and non-profit organizations, including 64% of these organizations founded by diverse entrepreneurs and 67% of them founded by at least one woman co-founder.

IRS990/ProgSrvcAccomActy2Grp/Desc0PROGRAM - POW'HER IN TECHIn 2018, INCO US launched Pow'her in Tech, a three-year partnership with the Chanel Foundation to promote gender equality in tech. INCO US will receive a total grant of EUR819,268 over the three years.INCO US works on this project with INCO.ORG, a French nonprofit organization. As part of this project, INCO US's main responsibilities are to supervise and manage all U.S.-related activities pertaining to the project. Why Pow'her in TechWomen comprise only 35.7% of the workforce in High Tech. Indeed, women face a number of barriers today that can prevent them from entering and thriving in the tech sector. Those barriers are visible on multiple levels:1) Work environments often do not allow women to combine aspects of their personal lives (such as motherhood) with their professional careers.2) Women are still generally underrepresented in many industries, especially in leadership positions. These male-dominated industries can be exclusionary and slow-changing.3) Gender-based stigmas persist for women technologists and engineers regarding their perceived credibility and skills.By highlighting best practices, raising awareness on inequality, and training and connecting women, our ambition is to help women combat barriers when attempting to enter tech with attention on practical solutions that industry can implement. What we doPower'her in Tech aims to promote gender equality and women inclusion in tech by identifying and disseminating practical solutions. For this purpose, 3 levers of actions were identified to successfully disseminate best practices and address gender stereotypes in the tech industry, educate and train women into tech-related jobs, and improve their employability and career path in tech companies: - Identifying and sharing best practices (with a case study on gender inequality in the tech industry). INCO US actively participates in the research, interview, and overall production efforts of this part of the project, with a special focus on U.S. and continental America-related insights and materials.- Raising awareness on gender inequality in tech (though awareness rising campaigns about women inclusion in tech). INCO US carries communication efforts, both online and in-person.- Training and connecting women (through training programs based on on-site and online learning, and connection to mentors and employers). INCO US is responsible for the effective sourcing and onboarding of U.S.-based partners that will use the INCO Academy e-learning platform and content. In 2019, we focused on the case study on gender inequality in the tech industry. This practical guide aims to 1) better understand the implications of gender inequality in the tech world and its aftermath in order to 2) highlight best practices - from tech companies or elsewhere - that can inspire us all.We also started to promote gender equality in leading tech events such as the Women Startup Challenge Europe and the BPI Innovation Generation (BIG), Europe's largest startup & entrepreneurship event.

IRS990ScheduleA/FactsAndCircumstancesTestTxt0Pursuant to Treasury Regulations Section 1.170A-9(f)(3), an organization will still be treated as a publicly supported organization if it can satisfy the facts and circumstances criteria enumerated in Treasury Regs. 170A-9(f)(3)(iii)(A) through (E ).Those criteria are:(A) Percentage of financial support. The percentage of support received by an organization from public or governmental sources will be taken into consideration in determining whether an organization is "publicly supported." The higher the percentage of support above the 10 percent requirement of paragraph (f)(3)(i) of this section from public or governmental sources, the lesser will be the burden of establishing the publicly supported nature of the organization through other factors, including those described in this paragraph (f)(3), while the lower the percentage, the greater will be the burden.2019 was the Organization's sixth year. Although the public support percentage is just above 10%, the contributions that are creating the "excess" contributions are not from contributors having any specific relationship to the Organization. The contributors are from corporations and foundations that recognize the importance of the Organization's work. The number of the corporations and foundations is growing and the Organization anticipates that the public support percentage will exceed the 33.3% threshold in the next few years. The 2019 public support percentage is under the 33.3% because, while the Organization has been fortunate to secure a small number of relatively large contributions from a few corporations and foundations, the Organization is young and has not yet been able to accumulate a sufficient number of small donations to allow it to include a larger portion of those contributions in the numerator of the public support test. As time passes and the size of the contributor base grows, a smaller portion of the large contributions will be treated as "excess."(B) Sources of support. The fact that an organization meets the requirement of paragraph (f)(3)(i) of this section through support from governmental units or directly or indirectly from a representative number of persons, rather than receiving almost all of its support from the members of a single family.None of the contributions received by the Organization are from the members of a single family nor are they from a single corporation or foundation. While the corporate and foundation contributions are large relative to the non-corporate contributions, no single corporation or foundation is dominant. (C) Representative governing body. The fact that an organization has a governing body which represents the broad interests of the public, rather than the personal or private interests of a limited number of donors (or persons standing in a relationship to such donors which is described in section 4946(a)(1)(C) through (a)(1)(G)), will be considered evidence of an organization being "publicly supported." An organization will be treated as having a representative governing body if it has a governing body (whether designated in the organization's governing instrument or bylaws as a Board of Directors, Board of Trustees, or similar governing body) which is comprised of public officials acting in their capacities as such; of individuals selected by public officials acting in their capacities as such; of persons having special knowledge or expertise in the particular field or discipline in which the organization is operating; of community leaders, such as elected or appointed officials, clergymen, educators, civic leaders, or other such persons representing a broad cross-section of the views and interests of the community; or, in the case of a membership organization, of individuals elected pursuant to the organization's governing instrument or bylaws by a broadly based membership. The Organization's Board of Director's is made up of persons having special knowledge and/or expertise and persons who are proven communit
