“On may 2, 2024, the board of directors approved the dissolution of bikeshare hawaii (organization), which was completed by december 31, 2024. As a result of the organizations decision to cease operations, the organization adopted the liquidation basis of accounting. The organization donated majority of their assets to a non-profit organization and to the city and county. All liabilities were settled in full before dissolution. Normal operating costs incurred have been accrued and were paid by december 31, 2024.”
