Mission and Program Overview

Mission

Thrive public schools mission is to innovate, adapt and expand the concept of a 21st century school by leveraging technology and collaboration to provide a rigorous and highly individualized tk/k-12 academic program for diverse students in central san diego. The foundation of our program is the concept of aristotle's phronesis: it is not enough to have knowledge we must know what to do in context and with thoughtful deliberation. Thrive is a new paradigm for public education that engages learners and personalizes learning to help all students be college-prepared, career-inspired and community-minded.
