“Every day hope (edh), with a driving passion, exists to bring relief to communities and to raise the standard of living in developing nations. Edh works with community leaders and government officials to create sustainability within those communities. We develop programs for domestic water, potable water, training, and micro-enterprise projects.”

“Every day hope hosted two teams in 2019, one that focused on micro enterprise training. We held a basic boot camp that taught students how to start and run a sucessful small business in the communities of pantoja, arroyo hondo, and pedro brand. Edh's livestock for life program continues to move forward. Edh started the construction of a pig farm. Construction consisted of pig pens with roofs, gates, feeding troughs, water tanks and lines, waste area, feeding bins, and farmhand caretaker. Livestock for life is an edh program that provides a female pig to a needy family. The family must qualify, then go through animal training, then give the first born back to edh, who then gives the newborn to a new family that will join the program. The first, second, and third programs, in the community of savana de hostos, el factor, and santa rosa continue to grow. The expenses listed do not include 2,500 for material and 600 volunteer hours. Edh also hosted a team of us police officers and detectives, for the fourth straight year, to do hands on training for the dominican national police force. The program was a tremendous success and will continue in the future. The expenses listed do not include 250 volunteer hours.”

“Edh started construction on two new domestic use water projects. The communities of both pedrigal and aguacate receive upgrades to their existing wells. Edh installed new pumps and water tanks, with water station areas. This will allow for up to 125 families in each community to have access to clean domestic use water. The expenses listed do not include 1,500 for supplies and 400 volunteer hours.”
