Pursuant to that cost sharing agreement, the education institute reimbursed the people's lobby $561,863 for wages and related expenses. The people's lobby pac reimburses the people's lobby for the people's lobby pac's allocable share of the compensation for services provided to it. The people's lobby pac and the people's lobby are not related organizations as that term is defined in the form 990 glossary. The people's lobby pac reimbursed the people's lobby $26,924 for wages and related expenses. On part vii william p. Tanzman, the president/executive director of the people's lobby during 2022, has reportable compensation of $83,684 from his w-2. On part ix - line 5 we have recorded mr. Tanzman's salary related to the period he served as president/executive director of $37,658 and $2,942 in benefits as actual expense of the people's lobby. William p. Tanzman was also the executive director of tplei during 2022. The allocable share of mr. Tanzman's salary and benefits paid by the people's lobby and reimbursed by tplei related to the period he served as executive director was $46,026 in salary, and $3,595 in benefits, respectively. These amounts have not been recorded as expenses of the people's lobby on part ix. William p. Tanzman may from time to time also provides services to the people's lobby pac. The allocable share of his salary and benefits paid by the people's lobby and reimbursed by the people's lobby pac was $5,083 in salary and benefits. This amount has not been recorded as expense of the people's lobby on part ix.”
