| RAX Worldwide hosted an 8-hour fundraiser at the West Baton Rouge Community Center in Port Allen, Louisiana. The day was to include a tournament for dominoes and spades where the winner of each could claim their title and receive a trophy and bragging rights for a year. This event was designed to bring together community members, community leaders, family, friends, and individuals who wanted to contribute to a great cause while being able to enjoy themselves. The tournament was timed and drinks were provided on-site for hydration. The purpose of the event was to bring about better community relationships while also showcasing how we help the community so that we could solicit funds towards our various programs - including - expungement events which we host annually and want to expand on. Overall, the event had about 12 in attendance, and while not the crowd we hoped for, we planned for a better turn out for future events by being better prepared and having more individuals/organizations/community leaders in place to pass along the word and to aid us in being able to develop better community relations and contribute to random positive events. | $100 | $400 |
| X Block Expungement Services, a program of RAX Worldwide, hosted an Expungement Event White Castle Community Center in White Castle, LA in December 2018. After having our first event in Baton Rouge, many people began reaching out to our nonprofit to figure out how they could receive help. Some individuals were unable to make it to the event, others found out about it to late, and some left the event because they had previously scheduled events that they had to attend. We realized at this point that many individuals still had a pressing concern and need for expert assistance in navigating expungements. In 2015, we embarked on a quest to host an annual expungement event and move it around the state of Louisiana so that we could assist as many indiviuals as possible, en masse, whilst also being a facilitator between attorney and those in need of having their records expunged. In 2017, we wanted to bring to the public another event. We partnered with various private attorneys, all with African American practices, to further aid in the efforts to promote expansion of successful minority businesses. We obtained the necessary paperwork from the community center to rent the building out for a few hours and got started on setting up the date, social sharing and broadcasting via the news. Overall, hundreds of individuals came out for assistance. Our events are such that they run between 9/10:00am - 2:00pm. We close our doors at 2:00. Anyone who has come inside before then will receive assistance so long as they stay. Even with hundreds of people in attendance, our lawyers were finished no later than 5:00pm. No one was turned away and individuals who could not make it were told how they could receive assistance going forward. For individuals who were hungry this time around, and due to the inconsistency of particular eateries being available, RAX Worldwide decided for all future events that we would cater by fixing plates for individuals in attendance (Jambalaya with Baked Chicken and a side of green beans or salad). This way we would be able to keep the food warm, have control over sanitation, and also have consistency for those who are hungry during our events and prefer not to leave the site. This was important to RAX as one of the concerns became people's stomach's and them having to leave to get food, but not wanting to lose their place in line. Our plates are purchased at a fair price along with a drink and all proceeds go towards our next RAX events, however, for this event all persons who came to RAX wanting a plate received one along with a cold drink. All lawyers who assist and Board Members in attendance all receive lunches with a drink provided by RAX Worldwide. We appreciate their commitment to helping us facilitate a much needed change for individuals still stigmatized by records that keep them from obtaining careers and many don't know their options. The events to this date have been successful with no one being unruly at the events, and individuals waiting until called to be assisted with their matters. We keep all names and identities or any identifying information confidential and we do not disclose any information to third parties or to the public. The only information that is forwarded or disclosed are the names and numbers of lawyers that individuals can contact when they reach out to us for assistance. To keep these events going we solicit donations from the public with a goal to fundraise in the future and collaborate with city and state officials to help expedite the process for low level offenses and offenses that are 20 years or older. | $0 | $150 |
| In April of 2018, to carry on our efforts and our mission as taking on community clean-ups, RAX together with True Worshipers Christian Center hosted a community clean-up day to take place around the area in which the church was located. RAX Worldwide together with True Worshipers Christian Center and Eden Oasis of RAX invited the public, affiliates and members of RAX, church congregations, and the community to come be a part of a Community Clean-Up through PSA's, social media and our events pages. This time our efforts took place in Baton Rouge, Louisiana around the North Carrollton Avenue area and surrounding streets from 12:00 to 2:00pm. Our hopes were that any and everyone would come out and join us in spreading our love for the Earth by cleaning up around the community. We solicited water, donations and time from volunteers and those willing to participate in any way they could help. Two of RAX board members, their children, along with many members of True Worshipers Christian Center immediately headed for North Carrolton avenue once congregation had concluded. Everyone tackled the event with humility, pride and revelations of their own at the end of it all. After the 2 hour clean-up concluded, we were able to assess the impact we made immediately and made plans to do another in the future for the same area until it was completely cleaned of debris on side streets and surrounding areas. Everyone made their way back to their cars after it was over. The clean-up was considered another successful event. | $0 | $40 |

| ReasonableCauseExplanation/ExplanationTxt | 0 | The reason we are filing this return late is because we were unaware that we had to file each year on form 990. We thought that if the organization only received so much or little in funds each year that we only had to do sort of a check-in every few years. We now since realized this was not the case and have been filing for each year consecutively after we finish the prior one to submit them all, so that by the time year 2021 comes we will have the ball rolling going forward and will not file late again. We do apologize for our ignorance on the matter, but we are working quickly to rectify the matter and provide all necessary information required. |
