| Expungement Event X Block Expungement Services, a program of RAX Worldwide, hosted an Expungement Event at the Ben Johnson Building, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. After having our first event in Baton Rouge, many people began reaching out to our nonprofit to figure out how they could receive help. Some individuals were unable to make it to the event, others found out about it to late, and some left the event because they had previously scheduled events that they had to attend. We realized at this point that many individuals still had a pressing concern and need for expungements. In 2015, we embarked on a quest to host an annual expungement event and move it around the state of Louisiana so that we could assist as many indiviuals as possible, en masse, whilst also being a facilitator between attorney and those in need of having their records expunged. In 2017, we wanted to bring to the public another event. We partnered with various private attorneys, all with African American practices, to further aid in the efforts to promote expansion of successful minority businesses. We obtained the necessary paperwork from the Prince Hall Grand Lodge, Masonic Temple to rent the building out for a few hours and got started on setting up the date, social sharing and broadcasting via the news. Overall, hundreds of individuals came out for assistance. Our events are such that they run between 9/10:00am - 2:00pm. We close our doors at 2:00. Anyone who has come inside before then will receive assistance so long as they stay. Even with hundreds of people in attendance, our lawyers were finished no later than 5:00pm. No one was turned away and individuals who could not make it were told how they could receive assistance going forward. For individuals who were hungry this time around, and due to the inconsistency of particular eateries being available, RAX Worldwide decided for all future events that we would cater by fixing plates for individuals in attendance (Jambalaya with Baked Chicken and a side of green beans or salad). This way we would be able to keep the food warm, have control over sanitation, and also have consistency for those who are hungry during our events and prefer not to leave the site. This was important to RAX as one of the concerns became people's stomach's and them having to leave to get food, but not wanting to lose their place in line. Our plates are purchased at a fair price along with a drink and all proceeds go towards our next RAX events. All lawyers who assist and Board Members in attendance all receive lunches with a drink provided by RAX Worldwide. We appreciate their commitment to helping us facilitate a much needed change for individuals still stigmatized by records that keep them from obtaining careers and many don't know their options. The events to this date have been successful with no one being unruly at the events, and individuals waiting until called to be assisted with their matters. We keep all names and identities or any identifying information confidential and we do not disclose any information to third parties or to the public. The only information that is forwarded or disclosed are the names and numbers of lawyers that individuals can contact when they reach out to us for assistance. To keep these events going we solicit donations from the public with a goal to fundraise in the future and collaborate with city and state officials to help expedite the process for low level offenses and offenses that are 20 years or older. | $100 | $460 |
| Sweet Olive Cemetery Clean Up Phase 2 RAX Worldwide hosted another 6 hour cemetery clean-up at Sweet Olive Cemetery in Baton Rouge, Louisiana from 6am - 12:00 noon. We took on this as a personal project, looking for public assistance and donations after being called by many indivduals who had seen us doing community clean-ups via social media. They informed us about the state of affairs (shambles) that Sweet Olive Cemetery, the oldest historic black cemetery/burial site in Louisiana (from what we've been told), was in and that we should go and check it out and see about getting it cleaned out. After going personally and inspecting and taking a visual recording, we were shocked and choked up to see graves open with brambles hanging about, with headstones removed, caskets cracked with bones exposed and just foliage and brush running thicket throughout. RAX Worldwide once again set out to get everything cleared. We reached out to MidCity Redevelopment Alliance so that we could obtain additional equipment for those looking to help. This time around a war-veteran Tommy Straight reached out to us on Facebook and said that he would try to help us recruit assistance. He had seen the state of affairs at Sweet Olive and wanted to contribute. We put out a call for volunteers via social media and the news outlet and it immediately gained traction. Overall for this event RAX Worldwide raised $210.00 through GoFundMe.com fundraiser, public donations at the event for individuals who gave their time and others just wanting to give how they can if they couldn't assist. The money then went towards making sure volunteers had cold waters and gatorades for the event and bags of chips and snacks to eat when they wanted to take a break. | $210 | $165 |
| Ashland Cemetery Clean Up Day 4 RAX Worldwide was contacted Debbie Martin of the Westside Cemetery Preservation Association after they had seen our efforts to clean and restore historic Sweet Olive Cmetery in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. They wanted RAX Worldwide to come out and assist with the following: cutting at ground level all new noxious weeds and saplings and cutting of grass; removing heavy growth of berry bushes, vines, and other Perennials; disposing of debris; and spraying between vaults to prevent overgrowth prior to next project. For this effort, RAX Worldwide had two board members in attendance at the event who spent 4 hours with this clean-up, relief effort. | $0 | $40 |
| Port Allen Community Clean Up Day In August of 2017, RAX Worldwide once again hosted amother community clean-up day in the city of Port Allen, Louisiana. The Board Chair and other board members of RAX Worldwide decided that it would be a great random act of kidness to take the time out each month, each third Saturday or Sunday for 3 hours, and clean-up the community in some part of Port Allen that may have been left to its own devices, or just remiss by community leaders to remove or clean. RAX Worldwide institutes this as a practice until it is seen that Port Allen is no longer in need of a clean-up because it has become a practice. The only way the event does not take place is if weather prohibits our efforts. Three of our board members canvased the community for 3 hours. We stuck with the designated meeting spot of N 14th Street where we would then move to a different portion of the nieghborhood since the otherside had been doneWe provided bags, gloves, and water. Everyone tackled the event with humility, pride and revelations of their own at the end of it all. After 3 hours, the board members made their way back to their cars. The Port Allen Community Clean-Up Day was successful. | $0 | $30 |

| IRS990ScheduleA/FactsAndCircumstancesTestTxt | 0 | RAX Worldwide receives at least 10% of its support from the public. Based on a Walmart grant, GoFundMe fundraiser for the cemetery cleanup, and our board members assistance towards our efforts, RAX is able to continue hosting annual expungement events along with providing emergency and disaster relief/assistance when something happens in Louisiana for the areas we are designated in. Our hopes are to expand our expungement efforts and host more than one annual with the potential to expunge records on-site. |

| ReasonableCauseExplanation/ExplanationTxt | 0 | The reason we are filing this return late is because we were unaware that we had to file each year on form 990. We thought that if the organization only received so much or little in funds each year that we only had to do sort of a check-in every few years. We now since realized this was not the case and have been filing for each year consecutively after we finish the prior one to submit them all, so that by the time year 2021 comes we will have the ball rolling going forward and will not file late again. We do apologize for our ignorance on the matter, but we are working quickly to rectify the matter and provide all necessary information required. |
