Ean's conflict of interest policy is as follows: section 1. Standard: the members and officers of the board of directors are individually and collectively responsible for avoiding, to the degree possible, any actual or potential conflict of interest including the appearance of such and for not taking any action or participating in any decision in which the officer or member has or may appear to have a conflict of interest. Section 2. Annual statement: on an annual basis the officers and members of the board of directors shall state in a form and format approved by the board any potential conflict of interest that may exist in meeting their individual responsibilities to the corporation. Section 3. Specific disclosure: in any matter that comes before the board of director in which an individual officer or member has an actual conflict of interest or the appearance of such, that individual must disclose the nature of the conflict and abstain from voting on the matter.

Ean's programs provide the opportunity for private, nonprofit and public entities to work together to achieve both their individual objectives and the larger energy system transformation.
