Mission

Rth community center realty, inc. (ccr) was organized as a massachusetts not-for-profit organization in 2012 to own and operate a community center being developed by its sole member, roxbury tenants of harvard association, inc. (rth), a massachusetts not-for-profit community-based organization. The community center is a project that will provide space to dramatically increase the ability of rth program staff to serve the needs of the rth community and its residents.

RTH PROVIDES THE FOLLOWING PROGRAMS THROUGH THE CENTER: "YOUTH DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM PROVIDES AN ARRAY OF ACTIVITIES, FROM ACADEMIC TUTORING TO JOB READINESS PROGRAMS AND A SUPPORT GROUP FOR GIRLS LIVING WITH DOMESTIC VIOLENCE. "AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM STRENGTHENS THE ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT, SOCIAL SKILLS, AND LEADERSHIP OF CHILDREN AGES 5-12. "SENIOR SERVICE PROVIDES AND SUPPORTS HOME VISITS AND RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES, INCLUDING PROGRAMS THAT FOSTER INTERGENERATIONAL ACTIVITIES. IN ADDITION TO THE PROGRAMS, THE COMMUNITY CENTER PROVIDES INDOOR ACTIVE RECREATION SPACE AND ASSEMBLY SPACE FOR RTH RESIDENTS.
