The corporation's business operations, a 25 unit housing complex, are managed by human resource development & employment, inc., an organization exempt from taxation under i.r.c. Section 501(c)(3) and related to the corporation through common control (see schedule r). The management agent provides bookkeeping assistance; prepares periodic financial reports; reviews monthly occupany reports; monitors cash collections; and controls disbursements.
