“There are no family relationships among the Directors. Director Lou Vasquez and 2014 Executive Director Michael Yarne have business relationships with each other apart from UP. GBDs help address the issue of increased intensity of use due to compact development, at a strategic neighborhood scale. They can also provide seed capital to leverage investment in new neighborhood open space. |
