“Sessions began april 20, 2015 with 22 kids seen by seven mentors and 11 assistants, three nights a week. In late june we began our project to build an outdoor arena 160' by 80' wide. In kind donations were made from lowes, several board members, private families and a local boarding facility. In august we were ready for footing which was donated by the american royal hale arena. Ohf and the white's paid over 1,800 for the material to be hauled to the farm. July it was time for day camps. 26 boys and girls attended the two weeks of camp. The camps were extremely successful with courtney gard as the director. The girls theme was "a mighty change of heart- and the boys theme was "superheroes in training". Our first ever annual family fun day was held at the farm october 10, 2015. Over 300 people attended our event. We began with vendors, games, pony rides, petting zoo, and rope making. At 2:00 pm we began our first fun show of all of our students from the entire season. Parents and families cheered as tehy saw their student ride and receive their ribbons. At 6:00 dinner was served provided by a local eatery, sinclair's. The evening ended with a bonfire, hayride and s'mores for all. 2015 saw an amazing growth in community awareness and involvement.”
